ABOUT KEVIN SALIBA

Kevin Saliba was named CMO and Senior Vice President of Marketing in December 2016. In this role, Kevin leads a 100+ team responsible for redefining the next generation of shopping by bringing together the best in commerce, content, and media & entertainment. Previously, Kevin was head of business development and footwear responsible for brokering and managing large multi-billion dollar brands such as Under Armor and Starbucks. Driving strategic initiatives, Kevin also drove programs critical to zulily’s customer experience with the launch of new offerings in payments i.e. Smart-Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and more. Under his leadership, the footwear division grew to be one of the fastest growing categories, increasing double digit % YOY. As part of the zulily executive leadership team, zulily grew into one of the largest and fastest-growing e-commerce retailers, now driving $1.6 billion in sales, nearly 5.8 million active customers and over 3,200 team members with fulfillment centers in Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania and China.Prior to zulily, Kevin served as Vice President of Business Development for CafePress.com, the world’s largest customization engine, leading strategic initiatives and partnerships positioning the company for growth, and later, helping to take the company public in March 2012. CafePress.com acquired Kevin’s company ImageKind.com in July 2008, after growing the business and raising Series A funding from Holtzbrink Ventures and Second Ave Partners. With more than fifteen years in eCommerce, Kevin has also worked and led teams at Expedia and Amazon driving business development and strategic partnerships.Kevin attained an Engineering degree at the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Cornell University. He is an angel investor focusing on innovative B2C start-ups and is excited by entrepreneurship and helping emerging start-ups grow their businesses.
