The Project is been delivered under a Model and ASN Constructors JV are the Design & Build Contractor responsible for the delivery to the Developer, Red River Valley Alliance. My responsibilities are but not limited to the management and control of all commercial functions of the project including procurement, subcontract administration, main contract administration, change & claims management, risk management and legal issues.
