I am asked many times \"what do you do.\", but I have learned from some of the most successful sales and marketing coaches in the country. that people buy from people and brands they trust. This idea is rooted in neuroscience research showing that people don\'t buy WHAT people do, instead they buy WHY they do it. Through my years as a sales professional, I have come to realize that everything I needed to know about business, I learned from my Dad. We all looked forward to hearing my dad sing silly songs, tell funny stories, and teach us about life. My Dad is an amazing connector. Learning the passion for being a pastor from his Dad, he has the intuitive ability to influence. I owe much of the man I am today to that man. He taught me the value of hard work, patience, treating others better than you expect to be treated, and most importantly, the priority of family. He lives out these principles daily as a pastor, coach, counselor, and family role model, which drove me to make him proud. Now my \"why\" in life is to make the same kind of difference in people\'s lives the way my Dad did and still does, be it personal or professional.
