Our team develops breakthrough and distinctive design systems and creative conversations that drive business objectives and keep our Fortune #1 brand in the culture.Main responsibilities include:Design Direction and Development- Lead the design direction and development of teams for Walmart’s Discovery campaigns: Cultural Cache, National Brands, Seasonal Finds, Product Led Stories, and Marketplace- Empower and spotlight designers to create work they’re proud of, motivating them to grow, build confidence, and level up their skillset- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas that drive the business forward.Design Execution- Implement design systems and toolkits in close collaboration with leadership, marketing, production, and other important stakeholders to meet overarching company goals- Lead, manage, and motivate multiple teams throughout design production: addressing stakeholder feedback and keeping work steams in tact.Communication / Collaboration- Collaborate closely with Account and Project Managers to improve project deadlines, maximizing bandwidth and efficiency- Stay close with other Walmart Creative Studio teams, ensuring design systems are consistent throughout.
