Solutions Architect on a mission to empower my customers to solve the world\'s toughest data problems by utilising our Databricks Data Intelligence platform.This is a hybrid technical and commercial role. It is commercial in the sense that I own and drive growth in my assigned customers and use cases through leading my customers\' stakeholders, owning executive relationships, building plans and strategies for Databricks colleagues to build upon. This is in parallel to being technical, with expectations being that I am the post-sale technical lead across all Databricks products. This requires me to use my skills and technical credibility to engage and communicate at all levels with an organisation.Before that, I worked as a Head of Data in an e-commerce shop, developing recommendation engines and setting up an analytics infrastructure.I am also an experienced Senior Key Account Manager by building up our then one customer into the company\'s largest customer and at the same time supporting to develop new organisations within the company. I have a demonstrated history of working in the Data & AI consultancy as a Data Scientist.
