Cornerstone Detention is the worlds largest Detention Equipment Contractor (DEC) Kevin started a factory from scratch to manufacture institutional mattresses. After very small growth from outside sales people during the first 2 years in Kevin became the sole sales person. Kevin managed the complete day to day operations of the factory and 90% of the sales growing the mattress operation to a multimillion dollar a year business. Kevin now maintains the current customer base and the day to day functions of the factory with little support staff. Kevin handles all procurement, HR, planning, scheduling, design, capital expenditures, collections, outside sales and machine maintenance.
