About Kevin Jackson

I am the Chief Operating Officer & Vice Chair at KPMG LLP and a member of the U.S. Management Committee. In my role, I focus on driving operational excellence across the firm — helping us serve clients with greater speed, agility, and integrity. I’m responsible for accelerating our most important transformation initiatives, strengthening our go-to-market capabilities, aligning global investments, and continuing to serve some of KPMG’s largest and most complex tax clients. As Vice Chair, I also oversee a broad portfolio of operational functions — including technology, finance, enterprise security, real estate, office operations, transformation enablement, and our world-class learning facility, Lakehouse. I’m deeply focused on our financial performance, ensuring we plan, forecast, and operate with discipline and transparency. Prior to this role, I led our Tax practice as National Managing Partner, overseeing all tax disciplines across federal, international, state, and local, as well as specialty areas like M&A, valuation, and global mobility. I’ve also served in a number of leadership roles across the firm — from Tax Practice Leader for Markets to leader of the firm’s national Tax Operations team, and as co-leader of the KPMG Passthrough Services group. My roots are in serving clients, and that remains a vital part of how I lead. In my 25+ years in this profession, I’ve worked closely with companies of all sizes to structure complex transactions, manage tax due diligence, and navigate compliance challenges. I’m passionate about building teams, solving problems, and creating a culture where innovation and accountability thrive. I lead with authenticity, and I believe trusted relationships are at the heart of great leadership. Outside of KPMG, I’m proud to serve on the Board of Trustees of Forefront Living, a Dallas-based organization focused on senior care and services.
