I love solving problems and I\'m driven by the satisfaction of improving systems, tools and best practices. I am a highly technical lead for Solutions Engineers, focused on improving service delivery, scalability, sustainability and success.In my most recent position, I was Head of Solutions Engineering for an AI driven solution for customer support. This included overseeing the transition from services led delivery to a highly scalable SaaS product-based solution. Before this role I was Senior Solutions Architect for a leading global integrations company, working on the API management platforms for many major brands such as British Airways, Lufthansa, KLM, Argos and the Financial Times.I have over thirteen years experience in high tech industry including six years experience as a customer facing solutions engineer. With excellent technical and communication skills, I have a strong development background and am always motivated by customer success. I bring experience from across multiple verticals and organisational sizes in pre and post sales engagements. I also have a keen interest in new paradigms, challenges and solutions, particularly in cloud and AI technology.As well as my experience in technical service delivery, I also have a passion for creating artwork, reading and restoration.
