SaaS / Tech Company.Responsible for a diverse range of HR activities and initiatives from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. Some duties include- Triaging, and resolve, employee inquiries of varying levels of ambiguity, and connect queries to the appropriate resource when necessary- Leading & Supporting (as required) HR Initiatives such as onboarding, internal training programs, committees such as Health and Safety, Social, and Volunteer - Coordinating, administering and maintaining employee engagement programs, including Motivosity, service awards, onsite social and team building events, as well as conducting stay and exit interviews- Developing and maintain knowledge of Conexiom’s policies and procedures and Canadian employment law, regulations, and their application- Drafting Human Resources correspondence, documents, and other written materials such as HR process documentation and records employment letters, project plans, analytic dashboards and reports- Supporting Talent Acquisition efforts by posting job openings, attending kick-off calls, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling and conducting interviews- Benefits Administration of Conexiom’s Canadian group benefits plan
