ITA is a nationwide provider of title and closing services. From our location in Tampa (Westchase), Florida, we handle residential purchase and refinance transactions in 48 states. We also close and insure commercial transactions on a worldwide basis. ITA is a truly independent title agency. By design, we have no affiliation with any mortgage or real estate company. I am the sole owner of the company. Over the years, we\'ve assembled a fantastic team of dedicated workers, and our level of customer service is unrivaled in the industry. As the owner, my job is to develop the business and help us stay aware of, and ahead of, all of the challenges and opportunities that present themselves in a dynamic industry such as ours. During my 16+ years in the title industry, I\'ve learned what it takes to survive during a down market, and thrive when business is plentiful. I\'m proud of the many relationships I\'ve built with real estate and mortgage professionals, and I\'m excited for us to grow our businesses, together.
