Experience

  1. Program Manager

    SpaceWorks Enterprises, Inc.

Apr 2022 — Present · Atlanta, GA, US

At SpaceWorks I manage a portfolio of space technology programs that spans capture management, program planning, engineering development, and go-to-market business development. My role combines technical leadership with full lifecycle responsibility: I serve as both Principal Investigator and capture lead, converting early-stage concepts into multimillion-dollar programs and guiding matrixed teams across avionics, propulsion, GNC, software, and structures.Over the past 3 years, I grew this into a $10M+ portfolio that includes 3x Phase I captures converted to Phase II selections, 2x Direct-to-Phase-II awards, multiple vehicle development efforts for private customers, and early-stage demonstration initiatives (e.g, USSF SDA TAP Lab). Day-to-day, I focus on developing novel reentry vehicles for in-space manufacturing and global payload delivery, leading the FuseBlox docking and commodity transfer system, and defining a new robotic system for in-space assembly. For these product lines, I oversee product development and new feature introduction - from fluid interfaces and cryogenic adaptations for FuseBlox to higher-performing variants of our reentry vehicle fleet. I regularly interface with senior DoD, NASA, and FAA stakeholders, while also serving as SME for astrodynamics and architecture for responsive space access, reentry systems, and in-space infrastructure.Beyond program execution, I contribute to SEI’s business development through conference presentations, customer engagement, and collaborative ideation - while also mentoring aspiring program managers and building university pipelines to strengthen the next generation of aerospace leaders. My goal in this role is to help advance technologies at the forefront of the commercial space economy, to deliver capabilities that strengthen United States national security, to manage a complex portfolio with various demands and limited resources, and to continue growing as a multi-disciplinary engineering leader.
