These elements have led me to an incredibly fun, rewarding career in direct sales (B2C and B2B), sales management, and sales training. Closing sales, building teams, and coaching others up (in sales process, strategies, tactics, presentation skills and more) to a level of excellence in the field of sales yields tremendous, positive returns. I have trained thousands of sales professionals in a wide array of verticals, and for all sizes of organizations from F50 companies to SMB. As a manager and director, I have aided direct reports in improving their performance, and outperforming goals. My excellent ability to communicate vision, create motivation and optimize quality sales activity consistently leads to increased revenue, brand awareness, customer retention and market acquisition. Whether it is directly selling (from one call closing to extended, complex, solution selling sales cycles), facilitating cross function collaboration, creating market strategies, marketing, and more it is a wild, fun, and incredibly rewarding ride. Currently I am in a direct patient engagement and sales role while providing strategic oversight to marketing in the field of cosmetic and restorative dentistry, I have taken the top revenue producing, single location practice in the nation and increased top line revenue by 50+% in my first year, then another 22% in the following 3 years (in spite of Covid limiting factors in 2020 which curtailed growth). Included in this performance period, I am (it is generally believed) the first person ever to have sold over of dental services in a single month. The diversity of industries that I have been engaged with from the field level to the C suite, along with working intimately with top producers within said industries has enabled me to develop a very strong business acumen that allows for near immediate personal integration regardless of industry.
