Innovative, student-focused Professor. Designed and taught innovative classes for corporate high potential leaders and at the Adult Undergraduate and Masters level, including Kellogg School of Management. Focus areas include Leadership Coaching, Redefining Organizations, Action Learning, Learning and Organizational Change, Consulting Skills, Personal Leadership Insights.Closely works to develop the potential of each leader, including supporting the creation of Kellogg\'s first Buddhism and Zen Club in Fall, 2015. Faculty support for The Good Life program. Delivered first keynote on Mindful Leadership to the new Club. High student and administration ratings have led to repeat business and additional courses, including in Kellogg and the School of Engineering. Each class uses assessments, mindfulness and lean manufacturing tools to focus on weekly action learning, building personal action tool kits, teaching facilitation, and team development and presentations.Kevin was a co-designer and coach for the Action Learning Program in Master\'s Program for Learning and Organizational Change. The initial nine month program become a distinctive and competitive advantage for the graduate program.The action learning project includes complex assessments including the Hogan personality surveys. Students develop learning plans, participate in new action learning curriculum, form teams, develop and deliver an actual client RFP, and implement their recommendations while completing bi-monthly reflections and assignments.Kevin has helped design, deliver and coach Personal Leadership Insights, a popular MBA class. He also teaches executive education students. Programs have included the new Kellogg Leadership Coaching Model, Action Learning, Energizing People for Performance, Strategic Human Resources, and Leadership Coaching, and Evolving Strategies for both corporate and NFP clients. Importantly, the classes link to current research on mindfulness and neuroscience.
