About Kevin Mohoney
Kevin Mohoney, Vice President, is responsible for sourcing and executing new development and investment opportunities for Molto Properties. With a primary focus on the Midwest Region, Kevin oversees Molto’s growing development platform across key logistics markets including Chicago, Indianapolis, Cincinnati, Columbus, Louisville and Nashville. Prior to joining Molto in 2020, Kevin spent five years at Transwestern Development Company where he was responsible for sourcing and executing development opportunities in the Chicago market. Over his real estate career, Kevin has been actively involved in the successful development of over 7 million square feet of industrial projects. Prior to real estate, Kevin spent seven years working in finance for various global investment companies. He is a graduate of the University Wisconsin-Milwaukee and received an MBA with a concentration in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
