ABOUT KEVIN WEST

With almost 2 decades of retail experience And over 18 years of retail leadership experience across various brands and retail types, I am a seasoned and versatile leader who can adapt and handle various aspects of retail store operations and drive customer satisfaction. I am open to taking my skills in retail leadership to other leadership roles outside of retail as well. I have a proven track record of not only running my own 8 mil dollar a year store, but developing and training employees, interviewing and hiring associates, executing business objectives, managing P&L and the overall results of my business. I also have extensive knowledge of in store merchandising, new store setup, and store marketing. I am certified in food safety management by the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals (NRFSP), propane dispensing, forklift certified, sales person licensed within the State of CA for trailers an UTVs, and have a dealer license in the state of California to sell commercial pesticides. I have a passion for not only connecting with my team, but delivering high-quality leadership and results within my team. I am always eager to learn new skills and take on new challenges in the retail industry.
