About Kevin Hargrave
Hi my name is Kevin Hargrave and I’m a junior Exercise Science student with a strong interest in human performance and the science of movement. I am driven by a curiosity for how the body works and how to apply that knowledge to help others excel in both athletic performance and everyday life. Outside the classroom, I contribute to research in a Motion Analysis Lab, gaining hands-on experience with data collection, kinematic analysis, and evidence-based approaches to understanding movement. This research has deepened my appreciation for the intersection of science and real-world application, especially in sports performance and rehabilitation. I’m passionate about growth, teamwork, and applying exercise science to improve performance, recovery, and overall well-being. Looking ahead, I’m eager to continue building experience in sports science, biomechanics, and rehabilitation, with the ultimate goal of making a meaningful impact in the health and performance field.
