About Kevin Pho
I\'m a practicing internal medicine physician and the founder and editor of KevinMD, one of the leading physician-authored publications on the web. I started KevinMD in 2004. I still see patients in primary care, and I always have. That is the thing that keeps the platform honest. KevinMD is built on a simple belief: stories change medicine. Through the website, daily podcast, twice-weekly newsletter, and our social channels, I publish the voices of physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses, medical students, and patients, the people who experience the health care system from every angle. I keynote regularly on physician leadership, social media, digital health, burnout, and the doctor-patient relationship. I\'m a national media commentator and co-author of Establishing, Managing, and Protecting Your Online Reputation: A Social Media Guide for Physicians and Medical Practices. I earned my medical degree at Boston University School of Medicine, completed my internal medicine residency at Boston University Medical Center, and practice primary care in Nashua, New Hampshire. I\'m honored to be an inductee of the Healthcare Internet Hall of Fame, a recipient of the AMWA McGovern Award, and a New Hampshire Magazine Top Doctor.
