I orchestrated the inaugural Program Increment (PI) planning session, which brought together product teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align on priorities and objectives- During the Program Increment, ensure continued synchronization and alignment across all involved parties. Proactively identifying roadblocks within projects or processes and lead efforts to resolve them effectively- Constantly establishing communication channels between teams to enhance collaboration and alignment, fostering a cohesive and productive working environment by promoting transparency and problem-solving- Promote the growth of fellow Scrum Masters by providing comprehensive training and mentorship. Emphasizing and reinforcing the core principles of effective Scrum practices, ensuring alignment and consistency across the team.
