I am currently the Senior Business Systems Administrator at Xsell, where my role signifies not just my personal growth but also my active participation in the forefront of digital marketing innovation. Transitioning from music and audio into the tech industry has uniquely positioned me to enhance user engagement and digital experience design.My career began in 2003, deeply rooted in the music/audio sector and creative industries, where I developed a foundational skill set that naturally evolved into a passion for technology and design. This unique combination of creativity and technical prowess has been instrumental in roles that thrive on innovation and the ability to adapt to new challenges.My expertise to date encompasses UX design, digital media, graphic design, software testing, and IT service management. Committed to continuous learning, I am pursuing a Professional Diploma in UX Design, aiming for completion in 2024. This endeavour is a testament to my dedication to elevating the digital interaction landscape, with a particular emphasis on creating engaging and intuitive experiences informed by my extensive creative background.In addition to my technical and digital endeavours, I am deeply involved in environmental conservation as the leader of the Mid-Ulster Red Squirrel Group.
