We undertake asset management and reinstatement valuations to enable schools to plan their property spending and this type of activity works for a variety of other businesses. We undertake residential surveys to ensure the buyer or the seller is fully aware of the property and the conditions, issues and potential costs involved. Recently we have conducted surveys on properties that have a wide range of valuations from up to Our specialities include- Feasibility studies - looking at multiple options and solutions to a single problem. Working to a budget constraints to enable a project to progress, or to develop it for further planning when funding is more readily available- Asset Management planning- Defects analysis- Property Asset Management - Setting property policies and strategies to maximise the potential of property portfolios.
