My role blends backend engineering, automation, and analytics:Currently analyzing average and total data usage and costs across vehicle fleets, identifying outliers and month-over-month patterns to help Data Analytics and IT Operations teams understand which vehicles consistently incur the highest costs and drive strategic cost optimization decisions.Designed and developed a full-stack SLA monitoring application using Node.js/Express backend with RESTful APIs, automated data ingestion from Dynatrace APIs, and interactive frontend dashboards. This software solution replaced manual tracking processes and enables management to quickly identify underperforming services and prioritize fixes.Built Python-based automation workflows using Task Scheduler to pull Dynatrace API data into Power BI, generating weekly service health reports and eliminating manual data collection processes.Developed interactive Power BI dashboards featuring high-usage vehicles, API heatmaps, and trend analysis that guide API optimization and ETL planning during management briefings.Engineered and optimized large-scale data pipelines in Python (Pandas), reducing raw CSV size by 90% and speeding up Power BI refreshes by 60%, enabling faster analysis and reporting for leadership.
