Project Manager for the Gordie Howe International Bridge (GHIB) serving as MDOT\'s environmental owner\'s representative consultant (EORC) and a regulatory expert in developing risk-based decision-making that protects human health and the environment. Risk-based decision-making has been beneficial to the GHIB project in numerous ways. Project Manager of a team collecting building data to support over 20 million square feet of Facility Condition Assessments and Energy Audits following ASHRAE standards. 1,4-Dioxane subject matter expert and court expert witness for EGLE in Gelman vs. the State of Michigan from January 2016 to December 2021. Kevin led the development of a Graphic Information System (GIS) to understand the fate and transport of the largest groundwater 1,4-Dioxane plume in Michigan. Oversaw the development of models for displaying 1,4-Dioxane contamination of groundwater by a team of geologists, engineers, and graphical information specialists. Engineering Inspector leading the team Pre-Demolition Engineering Survey conducting pre-demolition engineering surveying of residential and commercial buildings scheduled for asbestos sampling and abatement before demolition. Responsibilities include inspections, overseeing inspections, report review, and certification of property limits to access. Preparation of Alternative Control Methods Letters according to Part 602 Asbestos Standards for Construction 19••••01(g)(6)(ii).
