ABOUT KEVIN REID
Kevin L. Reid was raised in Austin, Texas and graduated from The University of Texas. He completed his professional degree in Architecture with an emphasis in structural engineering. He has a strong background in design and construction, and is a licensed architect.Prior to entering the general construction industry, Kevin worked as an architect in Austin and Dallas, Texas. His experience included architectural design and construction documentation as well as construction inspection. Kevin began his construction career working in the Arizona and New Mexico markets as a project Manager and Superintendent for the Wray Company in 1986. In 1991, Kevin and Steve Elliott formed Reid & Elliott Inc. Kevin was elected Vice President and worked as a Senior Project Manager. In 1997, Steve Elliott retired from Reid & Elliott Inc. Kevin was elected CEO of the company and in became the sole owner of Reid & Associates, LLC. Kevin’s expertise expanded into the development profession as a founder of Titan Development in and he now serves as Partner of Titan Development and Principal of Titan Fund Management. Kevin’s development and construction experience over the last 30 years includes high rise, retail, industrial, multifamily, office, clean room and senior living. As Partner at Titan Development, his primary roles include deal structures, investor relations, equity raise and strategic planning.
