12 years of honorable service in the United States Army, with the primary role as an Airborne Infantryman. As a Paratrooper, learned to work with diversified individuals as well as lead them. Operating as a team member as well as a team leader has given him insight on the full spectrum of what is needed to accomplish the mission. Has had the opportunity to work with genuine leaders whom demonstrated the importance of being loyal, selfless, professional, meticulous, imaginative and as well as being dependable. Was also fortunate to have had the opportunity to be an Army Recruiter. As an Active and Army Reserves Recruiter, assumed the roles of leader, communicator, planner, public relations specialist, liaison between the Army and the community, marketing analyst and Career counselor. Most recent role as a Team Lead Recruiter in Nesco Resource\'s Strategic Recruiting Center/Engineering/Light Industrial Vertical Responsibilities were to: •Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, maintain contact and interview data by utilizing ATS and CRM systems •Lead a Team of 6 Professional Recruiters •Implement traditional (e.g. phone calls, email) plus creative sourcing strategies (e.g. social media, job boards/Careerbuilder, Monster, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed) •Interview, review and select qualified applicants •Perform reference checks and verify certifications/education •Evaluate, calculate and prepare job offer packages in consideration of competitive pay, company profit margins and client needs •Effectively execute full cycle recruiting and fulfillment processes often within tight time constraints and in immediate need •Maintain post-role fill touch points to nurture relationships between client and Professional that often result in assignment extensions and/or repeat engagement with Nesco Resource for repetitive revenue generation

Founded in 2010 with the expressed goal of quickly responding to large-scale disasters, Team Rubicon has deployed thousands of volunteers across the United States and world to provide relief to communities in need.When disaster strikes, we work hard to help the most vulnerable in need. By working with or alongside local agencies and governments, Team Rubicon seeks to be of the utmost service to those in need. Effective disaster response comes from effective training and preparedness. While many of the skills provided by the military – trauma medicine, leadership, logistics – translate well, Team Rubicon offers training to equip members with valuable skills.
