ABOUT KEVIN LOGEAIS

Experienced engineer and manager with a broad technical base of knowledge in manufacturing with expertise in production metal working. This includes technical expertise with NC Brakes, NC Punches, Hard Tooling, Powder Coating, Milling, Turning, Screw Machines, NC and Manual Specialty Grinding Machines, and Heat Treating. This experience also includes great success in production control (planning), Flow control (Pull, Kanban, Kitting, JIT), Scheduling, Manpower (Union & Non Union), Product costing, and Budgetary control. Used extensively as a resource to help resolve process and production issues at “sister plants” at Eaton Cutler Hammer and at Siemens.Lean Expert and Six Sigma Greebelt certified (Eaton Lean System, Eaton Six Sigma, and Siemens Production System). Have helped save or turnaround 3 manufacturing plants during my 25 year working career by studying and applying Theory of Constraints and Lean. My upward growth has always been motivated by a desire to remove road blocks and gain control to drive for continuous improvement, so as to have my organization be recognized as the best by my peers and competitors. I drive for the lowest cost, most efficient means of production that adds value for my customers.
