Stimulate training participants via operational training events, including battlefield situational management, logistics management, and direct / indirect fire support systems. Conduct hands on training to military personnel who require user knowledge of federated simulations systems in support of unit training requirements. Establish dynamic battle simulation scenarios to all DoD trainees utilizing Joint Conflict & Tactical Simulation (JCATS) constructive training application suite and an automated After Action Review System (AARS). Additionally, provide expertise on unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) simulator in direct support of Intelligence, Surveillance,and Reconnaissance (ISR) missions conducted within the simulation scenarios / exercises.
