EMS Operations:· Annually review Arizona state statues and rules as they apply to pre hospital providers and public safety· Coordinate with the ALS base hospital Medical Director with annual review and update of patient care administrative orders, base hospital policies, and base hospital education· QA and QI EMS run reports (ePCR)· Review daily EMS transport data to Emergency Department· Directly work with hospital leadership and business development to promote increasing EMS volume· Develop plans and programs to maintain and establish new partnerships with public safety organizations· Coordinate and organize quarterly EMS meeting, EMS appreciation week, and EMS specific eventsEmergency Management:· Conduct a jurisdictional and hospital All-Hazards analysis and development of Emergency Operation Plan, Disaster specific response plans including COOP planning· Develop education and training programs to promote preparation and mitigation strategies for stakeholders that have both technical and non-technical audiences· Evaluate education and training program for understanding and comprehension off all attendees· Cooperate and coordinate with city, county, state, federal agencies, public safety, and community partners on emergency management issue· Representative for local and state Emergency Management Programs at relevant meetings, seminars, task force, committees, and conferences· Utilized NIMS/ICS/HICS for all planned events, exercises and real world incidents· Conduct After Action Reviews for all planned events, exercise, and real world incidents and provide recommendations from the AAR to develop, update, and revise emergency response plans· Maintain and exceed facility/organizational standard of state regulations, CMS, and The Joint Commissions for Emergency Management and Emergency Preparedness· Successfully completed 3 TJC surveys triennial surveys and 1 initial TJC survey without findings
