I work with behavioral health agencies and health systems to implement measurement based care in order to improve care coordination, better manage patient flow, and create more engagement with patients/clients. My background is in strategy and relationship management, originally in retail and consumer product goods. A big motivation for this change of industry came from seeing people close to me struggle to access high quality mental health treatments, so I\'m excited to be more involved and play a part in changing that.
