I advise and defend healthcare employers inside and outside of the courtroom in a wide range of labor and employment law issues. I provide guidance to executives, physicians and HR professionals concerning compensation issues, compliance matters, leave and accommodation concerns, internal investigations, discipline and discharge decisions, reductions in force, risk reduction and litigation prevention strategies. Additionally, I regularly advise corporate clients in structuring the employment aspects of complex merger and acquisition transactions.
