   Personalizing user experiences pre- and post-purchase. On a previous team, I updated and re-developed the (user’s) Next Best Action module for app and web and created a Members-only personalized deals app experience, ensuring our customers found the best value for their membership: Collaborating with Membership and Cart teams to build an AI-driven buying experience to engage and convert customers with scenarios, tailored to their shopping behaviors: Actively mentoring junior designers and fostering their growth is an important part of my everyday work. And, as the President of the Best Buy Toastmasters Club that achieved \"Select Distinguished\" status, I enjoy the opportunity to hone my leadership and communication skills and help other members do the same: Designed price blocks to improve the pricing experience across platforms, developing blocks to work in specific scenarios. I also created a single-source Figma file with these price blocks as well as documentation on how and when to use them, making it easier for designers to incorporate the updated price blocks into their designs: Present Web Accessibility 101 trainings for department meetings and events. These are trainings I wrote and developed to actively promote inclusivity and to draw awareness to designing for web accessibility. And, as a contributor to a winning \"Innovation week\" team, I worked with a volunteer team, and together, we designed an e-commerce experience for users with disabilities./: Partnering with our research team, I create, run and summarize a variety of democratized User Zoom research studies to uncover pain points and iterate on designs to find the most impactful solutions across app and web.
