My practice is focused on real estate law, specifically transactional and zoning/land use matters. Our firm represents both public and private clients with matters related to the development of property. This includes the interpretation of applicable bylaws, codes and regulations, as well as applications and appeals with and to various local boards and commissions, including zoning boards of appeals, conservation commissions, planning boards, historic district commissions, town meetings and regional planning boards such as the Cape Cod Commission. In addition, we represent buyers, sellers and lenders in the sale, purchase and refinance of residential and commercial property. Our firm is approved counsel for First American Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title Guaranty Company and CATIC. We also have extensive experience in estate planning and probate administration. This includes the evaluation of client needs, estate plan structuring and drafting of both simple and complex estate and tax planning documents.
