Serves as key operational support for lead HR business partner within the Global Business Unit (GBU). Manages critical and escalated issues pertaining to all operational HR areas. In addition, serves as functional manager to GBU project HR personnel and responsible for providing HR staff to GBU projects- Key interface between the GBU HR business partners and People Operations. Communicates specific, GBU issues/needs with People Operations and drives issues to resolution - Advises HR project and functional teams, management, and employees on the intent and application of human resources policies, programs, procedures, and assignment conditions to ensure internal equity - Works on transition plans for newly awarded work and is a key participant in staffing HR personnel on projects- Serves as the functional manager for HR personnel assigned to projects; works with People Operations as needed to resolve complex HR issues on projects- Acts as HR manager for smaller projects, or ones without dedicated HR support, as needed- Participates in cross-GBU operational meetings and efforts- Prepares change management and communication plans, as needed, for rollout of significant HR operational policy, procedure, or process changes.
