About Kevin Kaberna
Kevin Kaberna is Co-Head of Greystar’s Americas Principal Business, leading Investment Management and Development & Construction operations in the United States, Canada, and South America. He co-leads the platform and has direct oversight of the Investment Management business. Under Kevin’s leadership, the North America Investment Management business has grown owned assets to over units and student beds and 12.2 million square feet of logistics space. Kevin maintains oversight of logistics, credit and rental housing investments, including conventional, student, build for rent, and active adult. Kevin is also a member of the Greystar Executive Committee.Prior to joining Greystar in 2006, Kevin was a Senior Consultant with Ernst & Young\'s Financial Services Advisory Group and a Certified Public Accountant in the state of New York. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, YPO, and the Urban Land Institute Multifamily Platinum Council.Kevin received his Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and graduated from the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in business administration, a degree in accounting and a master\'s degree in professional accountancy.
