About Kevin van Dyke
Kevin Van Dyke is a seasoned health care executive leader with over 20 years of experience in value based health care, health policy, data analytics, and health equity. He is the Market President for Aledade\'s Virginia and Tennessee markets, where he leads the performance and operations of fifteen accountable care organizations (ACOs) across Medicare and five health plan payers.Before joining Aledade in 2021, Kevin held various leadership roles at IMPAQ International, where he oversaw a team of over 50 staff and managed contracts with federal and state agencies totaling over $50 million. He also led the implementation of many of the Affordable Care Act\'s value based care and health equity programs for Medicare, Medicaid, and Exchange patient populations. Kevin has a Six Sigma Green Belt certification and a Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Chicago, with a focus on health policy analysis. Kevin is passionate about improving the quality and affordability of health care for all Americans, especially those who face health disparities and social determinants of health. He is also an accomplished author and speaker on various topics related to value based care, health equity, and health insurance policy.
