Currently serve as CFO for Ace Fluid Solutions (AFS). Private Equity backed by OFS Energy fund, AFS is the combination of ACE Completions and Terra OFS. AFS is a leading product, stimulation chemical, and water services provider in the Permian. The Company prides itself on offering industry-leading ESG strategies that focus on technologies to reduce and reuse natural freshwater sources. The Company\'s approach provides the best adaptive chemistry at the best price point to ensure operators can afford to continue operations, delivering unparalleled results. Being a single service provider from source water to stimulation chemicals, AFS provides better economics, better accountability, and better wells.Through 2021, prior to its sale, I served as the CFO. of Fluidity Technologies Inc, a Houston-based technology company focused on redefining movement through 3-dimensional space. While managing the financials of the Company through the completion of its first formal set of Audited accounts, my principal activity involved developing a five-year financial plan/cash flow model, that could easily adjusted to a changing market environment.Between 2016 and 2020, I was CFO of TRS Global Services, a niche industrial services business focused on turbine repair work, primarily for large power producers and aerospace companies. The majority of this business was sold to a US Multinational in 2020.For seventeen years prior to this, I served as Chief Financial Officer to a Shell Technology Venture Fund Company and an oilfield services company that was acquired by Grant Prideco (now NOV). As their C-level finance executive, my responsibilities extended beyond finance to include IT, legal, supply chain, treasury and general operating management. My earlier career with Price Waterhouse in the UK provided solid grounding in external audit across multiple industries.From a financial perspective, the key to startup and emerging companies is to ensure they have the working capital and cash flow to support their growth and expansion. This is where I have particular expertise. As the CFO for Andergauge, Ltd, I managed the financial due diligence during its transition to PE owners, and then subsequently to Grant PrideCo. As the CFO for Enventure Global Technology, LLC, I negotiated revolving credit facilities and arranged factoring to secure cash flow requirements when the oil and gas industries went through a downturn.
