   I provide Facilities Management leadership at Banner Health facilities, including medical centers, hospitals, physician clinics, surgery centers, urgent cares. data centers and corporate buildings. While working to meet our health/life safety and accreditation requirements, I also look to make efficient use of our budgets, control energy usage, help managers lead, and lead project management of small to large construction, including new builds, remodels and installations. Working with leadership during this time of change in health care I provide the highest reliability of facilities structures and infrastructures to allow our patients the best environment to heal.Upon arrival at Banner Health was assigned AZ East 1, Leading 5 Managers, 2 Administrative personnel, approximately 100 technicians, on 3 hospital campuses, 2 corporate centers, 1 data center, over 40 physician offices and urgent care centers, totaling over 3 Million square feet, and over $15M of operational budgets. In March of 2020 I was asked to take on AZ West 1 an area with personnel and accreditation/operations issues. AZ West 1 is also 3 campuses and almost 3 Million square feet.Since moving to AZ West 1, I have successfully moved personnel so appropriate management could be put in place, held operations budgets ($10M), and completed three very successful accreditation surveys.
