   FINRA is financial industry regulatory authority overseeing brokerage firms doing business with the public in the United States. FINRA’s mission is investor protection and market integrity. I was invited to serve as a non-public FINRA dispute resolution arbitrator. FINRA arbitrators undergo extensive background checks and participate in comprehensive training covering both content and process. Hearings may be held virtually or in person to consider conflicts involving investors, brokerage firms, and individual brokers.
