ABOUT KEVIN IKEDA

A clear vision and strategy empowers an organization to make decisions and solve the right problems. As the Director of Strategy and Transformation at Koerber, I help leaders and teams identify the right problems to go after and design ways through them. Using these insights, I partner with business leaders to align strategy, KPIs, and execution frameworks (Hoshin Kanri or OKRs) for growth. I have successfully driven operational and commercial excellence across all functions, from operations and supply chain to sales and HR.Serving and coaching are at the heart of my leadership style. I firmly believe that asking high quality questions and learning/failing forward to solve impactful problems as a team is the secret to developing a healthy culture and future business leaders. On a personal note, I enjoy wood working, travel, and food. I have visited over 30 countries and love experiencing cultures through their history and cooking. I am passionate about personal growth through reading, such as biographies, business/leadership books, and sci-fi, trying new experiences, and learning from others. These hobbies help me relax and recharge. They inspire me to think more divergently while humbling me to continually learn. So, if you have found my LinkedIn page, welcome!
