Kevin undertook the role of Resourcing Manager in December 2022, sourcing talent from within the global Jacobs organisation to mobilise upon multiple giga-projects across the Middle East region. Kevin holds responsibility to work in partnership with Jacobs business leaders to research and design a consistent internal resourcing process that is compliant with programme procedures. Alongside the on-boarding team Kevin developed and managed the full lifecycle of the resourcing services, taking responsibility for the ownership of governance requirements for the internal resourcing life cycle reporting regularly on risks, issues and progress to both internal and programme stakeholders. Guiding hiring managers on the optimum use of resources, monitoring the optimum use of full time, part time and reach back roles from across the business and supporting hiring managers with their recruitment requirements; arranging interviews as required and advising as appropriate. Kevin liaises with hiring and functional managers to advise on priority roles availability as well as liaising with Middle East Talent Acquisition team to ensure seamless collaboration.
