As a member in the Accounting & Auditing Group at CBIZ & MHM New England (formerly CBIZ Tofias), I work with CFOs, Controllers and business owners of privately-held businesses and publicly traded companies focused primarily in the real estate, life science, technology, manufacturing, and service industries. I am also the National Practice Leader of our Professional Services industry group, leading a team of high-performing audit, tax, consulting, insurance, benefits and payroll professionals serving various companies throughout the professional services space.I have more than 25 years of experience assisting companies throughout New England with various complex accounting issues, including revenue recognition, fair value intangibles and impairment, consolidation considerations, business combinations, and stock-based compensation.I am a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants (RISCPA), and the Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants (MSCPA). Outside of work, I am involved with the Wannamoisett Country Club, serving as the Treasurer.
