ABOUT KEVIN HERAS

Kevin Heras is a co-founder at InvestNext, a platform that modernizes the way real estate investment firms raise and manage capital.Prior to founding InvestNext, Kevin worked as a program manager at a technology consulting firm. In this role, he was exposed to a wide variety of technologies and was closely involved in implementing CRM, ERP and other business-critical systems, for customers across a broad range of industries. It was his time working at the student career network, Handshake, that sparked his enduring passion for product development. As employee #2 at the dorm room-founded startup, he had the privilege of contributing to early product development and growth efforts, leading up to the company’s initial round of funding. Handshake is currently valued at over $3.5 billion and it is the leading college-to-career recruiting platform in the nation.Today, Kevin is honored to be a part of the seasoned team of product and real estate leaders that is building the InvestNext platform. With tens of thousands of investors and billions of dollars being tracked on InvestNext every day, he and his team are at the outset of accomplishing their mission to democratize the $17 trillion real estate capital market.
