My career includes over 30 years of regulatory financial reporting experience for such agencies as the SEC, OCC, and the NAIC among others. I have experience with most types of SEC filings and have participated in three $1 billion+ equity offerings. I\'ve worked with Aflac, Metlife, GE, and Citigroup as an employee and other Fortune 500 companies such as AIG, AMEX, and TD as a consultant with RGP. In my corporate roles, titles have ranged from auditor, group controller, head of investor relations and division CFO. My most recent responsibilities in a corporate position included oversight for a $10 billion balance sheet and $6+ billion of banking operations and technology spend. Expertise in Insurance and investment accounting, SEC reporting, banking operations and technology spend management, IPOs and secondary equity offerings, debt and GIC offerings, relocation of processes, technical accounting, OCC reporting, and variable interest entity consolidation evaluation. I have managed teams from two to over 80 in an international setting.
