I started my career in marketing and digital analytics; running campaigns, measuring performance, and asking \"why did that work?\" more than anyone around me wanted to answer. That obsession with the why behind the numbers eventually pulled me all the way into the data stack itself.Today I\'m a data leader who sits at the intersection of technical depth and business fluency. I build data infrastructure that doesn\'t just work - it gets used, trusted, and relied upon by the people making the decisions that matter.At Celigo, I\'ve led the migration of 500+ data models across platform migrations with zero end-user downtime. I drove a full BI platform migration from Domo to ThoughtSpot in 6 weeks. I own the corporate reporting that goes in front of the CFO, CIO, CCO, and others in senior leadership every quarter - from the underlying data models to the final slide deck. And I\'m currently standing up Celigo\'s Analytics Engineering pillar from the ground up: defining the mandate, hiring the team, establishing data contracts, and architecting and building the ramp toward a Snowflake Semantic Layer capable of powering Agentic AI.What makes me effective isn\'t just knowing the stack.    Established and currently leading Celigo\'s Analytics Engineering team as a net new organizational pillar within the Global Technology Org (GTO), which the wider Data Team is part of. This is a greenfield mandate: define the team, hire the team, and own the Gold layer in Snowflake, the business-ready data layer that powers reporting, enriches semantic layer for AI agents, and drives decision-making across Finance, RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and GTM leadership. Building the Analytics Engineering team from scratch: defining the operating model, establishing data contracts with upstream Data Engineering and downstream Data Analytics teams, and leading active hiring to staff the team Architecting Celigo\'s Gold Layer build-out, including auditing all existing derived models across Snowflake databases, refactoring where needed, and establishing metadata governance standards using the Coalesce Data Catalog Leading Celigo\'s Snowflake Intelligence initiative, enriching the data layer with metadata to build a Snowflake Semantic Layer capable of supporting Agentic AI, enabling natural language data access for leadership, AEs, and business users across the organization.
