As a Graduate Civil Engineer, I am involved in a wide number of commercial and residential developments, providing mainly road infrastructure, drainage and earthworks design. These include promoting and utilizing Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) to provide betterment to surface water drainage as part of sustainable solutions, while also taking into account practicality and buildability in construction stages. I am also engaged in other aspects such as handling applications with Scottish Water and United Utilities, as well as planning applications with different councils over the UK.
