About Kevin McCarthy
With over 12 years of experience in delivering technology-related projects, I am a customer-focused and accomplished leader in the field of project and program management. I hold the PMP, CSM, and SAFe certifications, and have a strong background in business analysis, business process, and software project management.Currently, I am the Program Manager for the County\'s Learning Management System (LMS), sccLearn, where I manage business relations with departments, develop the roadmap for product and operational improvements, and partner with the technical team to support the LMS. Previously, I led high-profile projects to update the County\'s applications and mobile devices, and to implement Allego and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for Veritas Technologies. In these roles, I demonstrated my ability to create and track project schedules, manage vendors and stakeholders, develop and execute change management strategies, and communicate effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams. My mission is to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the customers and the business.
