Kevin G. Joseph is the Owner, President and CEO of Apollo American Inc, a world class aerospace and defense manufacturer he acquired in May 2025. Under his leadership, the company is focused on precision manufacturing, operational excellence, and growth that’s driving the next chapter of American industrial innovation.Prior to Apollo American, Kevin spent eight years at Weber Wood Medinger (WWM), where he became the youngest Partner in the firm’s 51-year history. At WWM, he led the firm’s real estate investment banking and capital markets practice, specializing in industrial and manufacturing sectors, with a focus on sale-leasebacks and complex credit-driven transactions. During his tenure, Kevin was responsible for more than $645 million in deals across the U.S, Canada, and Mexico.He began his career at IBM, where he served as a Cybersecurity Executive advising Fortune 500 clients on strategy and risk.Kevin currently serves on the advisory board of the Flyer Angel Investment Fund at the University of Dayton.He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Dayton, where he graduated cum laude. Kevin is also a graduate of St. Ignatius High School in Cleveland, Ohio.
