My passion is people. Every day is centered around how to make the workplace better than it was the day prior. Whether it\'s utilizing data to link People, Strategy and Performance, or using good old-fashioned face time to identify pain points and create HR initiatives that deliver optimal strategic value, the challenge of figuring out what button(s) to push makes every day worth being an HR practitioner. For 15+ years now I have utilized my combined skills to help shape cultures and prepare organizations for what\'s around the corner. My leaders, colleagues and direct reports have always seen me as thoughtful, open, well versed and someone they could count on to bring a well-balanced, insightful approach to every situation.
