Create MPEG transport streams and Nielsen-encoded MPEGS with captioning and Dolby audio.• Scrutinize MPEGS, checking for audio sync, LKFS, AFD, captioning, as well as running Manzanita file analysis software to ensure each file adheres to FOX broadcast specifications.• Prepare Video-On-Demand files for final delivery platform and monitor files during delivery process.• Testing with studio/remote to ensure the best signal quality, correct audio sync, and that all other aspects of the Live Broadcast meet FOX Technical specifications.• Troubleshoot and resolve on-air and technical issues, including transmission anomalies, audio mapping changes, audio phase issues, captioning problems, etc.• Create standard operating procedure documents for VOD and Harris/Snell automation software. • Train new Media Resource Operators on all aspects of FOX Networks operations.• Monitor multiple on-air playlists using the Harris and Snell Operating Systems.• Ingest and scrutinize media while adhering to FOX Broadcast Standards.
