Serving as a Technical Project Manager for Electronic Payment Exchange (EPX) which is a part of North American Bancard. In this role I support complex, multifaceted projects, across several platforms. Communication and documentation is key to the success of the projects I support. In our Agile environment we often pivot between projects and having proper documentation is vital to the progression and completion of our projects. Projects are primarily supporting merchant requests, bank and credit card changes and complex reporting and database structures.Experienced IT Business Analysis for several projects supporting the Contact Center Platform, Infrastructure and Service Desk teams. I have worked with both systems engineers and software developers to meet project objectives within project scope. Supported end-to-end projects, creating project plans, work breakdown structures, grooming sessions, UAT and delivery to ensure acceptance criteria was met. I have used both agile and waterfall methods for various projects from supporting a new build for the infrastructure team to application development supporting call routing structures for the contact center. I have worked with the developer team for Service Now conducting requirement gathering, grooming sessions and setting prioritization. Created diagrams supporting robotic process automation to process client data quickly and efficiently for the PayOps team. I have worked as a Project Manager supporting the CCP application development team creating a CI/CD method using GitLab and Kubernetes containerization. This provided way to test early, fail fast, and reduce issues upon production releases. Excellent communication skills working with business leaders and project teams. Collaborated with vendors validating statements of work to define completed expectations. My organizational skills contribute to the progression and completion of projects. I look to drive innovation utilizing technology advancements while keeping the solution in a simplistic process. The understanding and experience gained will contribute to the planning, implementation, and ultimate success of a project.
