I am a problem solver at heart and I use that passion to find creative ways to improve the way we work. My career has spanned technology, user experience, digital marketing, product management, and IT transformation roles within the health care, insurance, banking, retail, and technology industries. I enjoy blending a traditional Lean scientific approach to problem solving with the McKinsey approach to synthesis and communications to help teams discover how to deliver faster with high quality. I am happy to share my multi-year transformation experience with local and national conferences such as the DevOps Enterprise Summit, the Lean Enterprise Institute Summit, Agile CXO, and the Path to Agility. In my spare time, I enjoy coaching high school kids through the college search process, and exploring our beautiful Metro Parks with my family.
